Understanding Our Fees

For a comprehensive overview of our fees, please refer to our Financial Services Guide.

Consultation Fees:

We charge a consultation fee for in-person appointments as detailed below:

Fact Finding (Initial Appointment): $275.00 (GST inclusive)
This fee covers up to 2 hours of consultation time. An invoice will be sent via email prior to your meeting.

Strategy Meeting (Subsequent Appointment): $275.00 (GST inclusive)
This covers up to 2 hours of consultation time, with an invoice emailed prior to your meeting.

Strategy Paper: $880.00 (GST inclusive)
This fee provides a Strategy Paper that outlines your current position and identifies areas where additional advice may be needed (this does not constitute advice).

Initial Advice Fee:

The Initial Advice Fee is designed to cover the cost to complete the research and strategy development required to generate an advice document. This fee covers the provision of advice along with the implementation of recommendations.

During your strategy meeting, we will agree on your preferred payment method — either through the funds you intend to invest or via an invoice. We will also provide a quote/approximate costing for your Initial Advice Fee based on our discussion and the strategies we've agreed upon.

We utilize a service-based charging model, meaning fees are based on the services provided. The cost for preparing and implementing your advice is a fixed amount that varies based on the complexity of the services required.

Our fees range from a minimum of $3,300 (GST inclusive) to a maximum of $12,500 (GST inclusive).

If you choose not to implement our recommendations, the fee for preparing the Statement of Advice must be paid in full.

Ongoing Service Packages:

Where you have ongoing advice needs or future changes to your financial circumstances we may recommend you take up an Ongoing Service Package. These packages are a Fixed Fee arrangement tailored to your needs and circumstances. These are detailed in the Ongoing Service Agreement provided to you if you choose to sign up. Each package includes at least one Annual Review with the ongoing fee designed to cover the costs of any future advice needs.

Fixed Term Agreements:

If you do not select an Ongoing Service Arrangement, you may opt to receive post-implementation administrative services for a fixed period (typically 6 to 11 months). A Fixed Term Agreement is designed  to assist with any administrative tasks related to your plan; not additional advice needs. Typically Fixed Term Agreements include a review prior to the finalisation of the agreement.

Ad hoc Services:

Need some guidance or want a financial check up? We are happy to assist with the completion of administrative tasks such as documents required for Centrelink, sale of small parcels of shares or general review of your circumstances.
